Q. What do I need to do to prepare for my cleaning?
A. Vacuum all areas completely, remove any objects i.e. plants, end tables, stands, or any other manageable objects from the rooms to be cleaned. Also make sure pets are secure to ensure the safety of our technicians. Children and adults should avoid entering rooms while cleaning.
Q. Do you move furniture?
A. Yes, we move manageable items like couches and chairs, but large items such as fish tanks, entertainment centers, dressers, china cabinets, etc will not be moved.
Q. What does the $75 deal include?
A. The cleaning is good for only wall to wall carpeting (oriental rugs and area rugs usually require off site cleaning at an additional charge).
Q. Which rooms can I have cleaned?
A. Any 3 rooms equal or less than 200 sq ft totaling 600 sq ft. Rooms or areas can be combined. Ask for more details, technicians will also determine size of rooms prior to cleaning.

A. Clean USA promises to have your carpets dry in one-hour or less. (Certain restrictions apply)

A. Yes, every type of “stain” can be removed. Every service technician is equipped with knowledge and training to identify the best method of stain removal. Permanent stains are the result of damaged carpet fibers and cannot be removed i.e. bleach stains
